BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 3. Türkiye's port of Aliaga received 6,329 ships from January through December 2023, Trend reports, referring to Türkiye's Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
According to the ministry, during this period the port of Aliaga received 1,629 vessels under the flag of Türkiye and 4,700 vessels under the flags of other countries.
Meanwhile, from January through December 2023, the ports of Türkiye received 60,195 vessels (40,918 vessels under the flags of other countries, and 19,277 vessels under the flag of Türkiye).
The ministry mentioned that in December last year, the ports of Turkey received 4,697 ships.
According to the information, during this period the number of vessels accepted in Türkiye's ports under the flags of other countries amounted to 3,190, while the number of vessels under the flag of Türkiye amounted to 1,507.
