BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 18. Azerbaijani citizens purchased 52 real estate properties in Türkiye in January 2024, which is 13 properties less than in the same period of 2023, Trend reports, referring to Türkiye's State Authority on Land Cadastre and Purchase and Sale.
Meanwhile, real estate sales in Türkiye fell 17.8 percent in January this year compared to 2023 to 80,308 units.
To note, the number of real estate sold to foreign citizens in January 2024 decreased by 50.5 percent compared to 2023 and amounted to 2,061.
