BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, July 14. Investors in the Kyrgyz Republic received income payments on a recent bond issue by a local microfinance company, Trend reports, citing the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.
ABN OJSC, a microfinance company, announced the successful payout of income related to bond issue No. KG0205211517, dated August 19, 2024. A total of 34 investors were eligible to receive income on the bonds, with 32 having already been paid a combined total of $10,335.28.
The overall accrued income on the bond issue amounted to $10,367.24. The remaining unpaid amount of $31.96 concerns two investors who have not yet requested their payments. This outstanding portion is linked to 22 bonds, and the company clarified that the delay is solely due to the absence of payment requests from the bondholders.
ABN OJSC noted that it remains ready to fulfill its obligations once the outstanding investors come forward. The report reflects the ongoing efforts by Kyrgyz financial institutions to strengthen investor relations and promote transparency in the domestic capital market.
