BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 31. Azerbaijan earned $99.9 million from hazelnut exports over the period from January through August 2025.
Data obtained by Trend from the October issue of the Export Review by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) indicates that this figure represents an increase of $28.3 million, or 39.5 percent, compared to the same period last year.
In September alone, hazelnut exports totaled $12.1 million, reflecting a $1.2 million, or 9 percent, decline compared to the same month in 2024.
Meanwhile, Azerbaijan’s non-oil sector exports grew by 7.7 percent compared to the same period, reaching $2.6 billion.
