A consortium of Khazar, consisting of Turkmenoil State Concern and the Mitro International Limited company, which operates in accordance with the terms of a production sharing contract in respect of the contractual "Khazar" territory (Eastern Cheleken field), announces a tender.
The subject of the tender is to purchase portland cement grouting to construct wells in the contract area in 2014-2015.
It is necessary to pay the tender fee till November 4, 2014 to participate in the tender and obtain the tender conditions.
The participation fee is $250. VAT is not imposed in accordance with the PSA terms.
