Azerbaijan’s Parabank is to increase its authorized capital by 15 million Azerbaijani manats, the bank told Trend July 5.
This decision was made at an extraordinary general meeting of Parabank’s shareholders.
Currently, the bank’s authorized capital is 50 million manats.
Parabank operates in Azerbaijan since 1991.
The official exchange rate is 1.5425 AZN/USD as of July 5.
