The National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company must pay taxes worth 26 trillion rials (about $619 million), Nadeer Janneti, Deputy Chairman of Iran's National Taxes Administration, said.
The taxes must be paid by the end of this Iranian year (started on March 21, 2018), Janneti added, Trend reports referring to Mehr News Agency.
Among the state companies, the share of three companies in the budget is much higher.
Thus, 6.11 quadrillion rials (about $145 billion) account for the National Iranian Oil Company (36 percent of the budgetary funds), 3.09 quadrillion rials (about $73.5 billion) account for the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (18 percent of the budgetary funds), 660 trillion rials (about $15 billion) account for the National Iranian Gas Company (four percent of the budgetary funds).
