Iranian petrochemical manufacturer Pardis expects export increase

BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 8. Iranian Pardis petrochemical company ' export value may increase by 4.3 percent to $900 million in the current Iranian year (March 20, 2024 through March 20, 2025) compared to last Iranian year (March 21, 2023 through March 19, 2024), the company's CEO Mohammad Reza Miri Lavasani told reporters, Trend reports.

Lavasani pointed out that in the last Iranian year (March 21, 2023 through March 19, 2024), the company's export value stood at $863 million.

He added that total product sales during the four months of the current Iranian year (March 20 through July 21, 2024) amounted to 336 trillion rials (about $841 million).

In sum, by year's end, the business anticipates product sales of 410 trillion rials, or almost $1.03 billion.

To note, Pardis produces over 2.04 million tons of ammonia and more than 3.22 million tons of urea annually.

Eight million shares of Pardis Petrochemical Company are owned by Qadir Investment Company, 1.23 million shares by Sepahan Hamun Management Services, 40.3 million shares by Sepahan Hamun Investment Company, 894 million shares by Petrochemical Trading Company, and 4.12 billion shares by Parsian Oil and Gas Company, with the remaining shares held by other shareholders.
