BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 24. The total payments of 10 leading insurance companies in Azerbaijan amounted to 526.06 million manat ($309.4 million) (94.12 percent of total insurance payments) from January through September 2024, Trend reports.
Following the results of the reporting period, the ranking on the volume of insurance payments was headed by Pasha Life Insurance, which accounted for 57.26 percent of the total insurance payments of all companies. In the reporting period of 2024, it made payments amounting to 317.07 million manat ($186.5 million).
The second position in the ranking was occupied by Pasha Insurance with total payments of 103.2 million manat ($60.7 million) (18.65 percent of all payments), and the third position was occupied by Ateshgah Life Insurance with payments of 36.9 million manat ($21.7 million) (6.66 percent).
Total payments of all insurance companies of Azerbaijan in the reporting period amounted to 1.023 billion manat ($600 million).
