BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 16. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov proposed establishing a network of joint pilot technology platforms between the countries of Central Asia and the Republic of South Korea.

According to the press service of the President of Kyrgyzstan, the initiative was presented on September 16 at the first Central Asia–Republic of Korea Summit in Seoul.

"Particular attention was paid to technological cooperation, the introduction of artificial intelligence and digitalization. In this context, the President proposed establishing a network of joint pilot technology platforms," the statement said.

Sadyr Japarov’s address placed particular emphasis on technological cooperation, the introduction of artificial intelligence and digitalization.

According to him, the potential of Central Asia is complemented by the capabilities of the Republic of Korea, which is one of the global leaders in technology, industry and innovation.

The President emphasized the need to move from a high level of political trust toward practical economic and technological partnership.
