BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 3. The average monthly salary of workers employed in Azerbaijan’s transport sector has reached 1,604 manat ($943.5) from January through March 2025.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistics Committee indicates that this marks a rise of 241 manat ($141.7) or 17.7 percent compared to the same period in 2024 (1,363 manat ($801.7)).
The data also shows wide disparities across sub-sectors: employees in air transport earned the highest average monthly salary at 2,761 manat ($1,624), while those engaged in postal and courier services received the lowest, at 674 manat ($396.4).
