BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 5. The transfer from the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) to the state budget amounted to 6.04 billion manat ($3.56 billion) in the first five months of this year.
The data obtained by Trend from the Ministry of Finance shows that the
allocation to the fiscal framework through SOFAZ was realized at a
full 100 percent during the designated reporting interval.
Throughout the designated reporting interval, the fiscal inflows of
the state budget reached a substantial 17.14 billion AZN
(equivalent to $10.11 billion), surpassing the projected five-month
revenue forecast by an impressive 639.7 million manat
(approximately $377 million), which translates to a notable
variance of 3.9 percent.
During the specified timeframe, the fiscal outlays from the state
budget amounted to 13.69 billion manat ($8.08 billion), juxtaposed
with the projected figure of 14.19 billion manat ($8.38 billion),
thereby reflecting an execution rate of 96.5 percent of the
anticipated expenditures.
