TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, June 21. The real
estate-related services in Uzbekistan hit the ground running,
racking up a whopping 7.7 trillion soums ($700 million) in the
first four months of 2025.
These services made up a slice of the pie, coming in at 2.7 percent
of the total market services dished out across the country.
Data obtained by Trend from the National Statistics Committee shows
that the sector demonstrated an extraordinary year-on-year
escalation of 113.8 percent relative to the corresponding timeframe
from the previous year, highlighting robust demand dynamics and
accelerated proliferation within the real estate services landscape
in Uzbekistan.
In aggregate, the total output of market services rendered from
January through May 2025 culminated in a substantial figure of
373,481.0 billion soums (equivalent to $34.0 billion).
