BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 20. Azerbaijan saw an increase in the producer price index for construction works in the second quarter of 2025 compared to the first quarter, reaching 100.2 percent overall. Specifically, above-ground constructions recorded 100.1 percent, while road and bridge construction reached 100.5 percent.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistics Committee indicates that compared to the same period last year, the price index for residential buildings increased to 101.1 percent.
