BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 25. Eni’s Plenitude subsidiary reported a decline in proforma adjusted EBIT in the third quarter of 2025, reflecting weaker results in the retail segment, partly offset by growth in renewable capacity and production, Trend reports.
In Q3 2025, Plenitude’s proforma adjusted EBIT reached 98 million euros, down 26% from the same period in 2024. The decrease was mainly driven by the retail business, particularly in energy efficiency solutions, while ramp-ups in renewable installed capacity and production volumes provided partial support.
For the first nine months of 2025, proforma adjusted EBIT totaled 472 million euros, representing a 10% reduction compared to 524 million euros in the same period of 2024.
Proforma adjusted EBITDA for Q3 2025 amounted to 221 million euros, down 9% year-on-year. In the nine-month period, EBITDA was 835 million euros, a 2% decline compared to 853 million euros in the first nine months of 2024.
