Turkmen economic society 'MTS Turkmenistan' (a subsidiary of Russian mobile company MTS) has announced an open survey of proposals.
The survey's subject is the right to conclude an agreement for the supply of Cisco active network equipment, server racks.
Proposals will be accepted until December 14, 2014, 17:00 (local time).
