Ukraine and Uzbekistan have agreed on an additional exchange of permits for freight transportation by road in 2018 and have set quotas for 2019, Uzbek media reported Aug. 28.
In particular, the parties have agreed on an additional exchange of permits for implementation of international freight transportation by road during 2018.
The representatives of Uzbekistan and Ukraine also established a quota of permits for international freight transportation by road in 2019: 1,700 trips for two-way transportation (+700 to the previous quotas for 2018), 500 trips for transit transportation (+200 to the previous quotas for 2018) and 450 trips for haulage to/from third countries (+150 to the previous quotas for 2018).
