BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 24. Exports of automotive products from Türkiye to Georgia decreased by 17.8 percent year-on-year to $71.9 million from January through June 2024, the statement of Türkiye's Ministry of Trade said, Trend reports.
“Türkiye exported automobile industry products worth $9.5 million to Georgia in June this year, which is 17.3 percent less than in June last year,” the statement from the ministry reads.
Meanwhile, Türkiye's exports of automotive industry products increased by 2.3 percent year-on-year to $17 billion from January through June 2024.
“In June this year, Türkiye exported automotive industry products worth $2.6 billion, which is 12.4 percent less than in June last year,” the statement of the ministry says.
To note, Türkiye exported $35.4 billion worth of automotive products over the past 12 months (from June 2023 through June 2024).
