Turkmenistan has prepared a list of a number of state-owned objects that are subject to privatization, Trend reports with reference to the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
The list was prepared by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan together with subordinate organizations, municipal administrations of regions, and the capital of Turkmenistan, after analysis.
Turkmenistan has achieved the growth of a socially-oriented economic sphere, which is based on various forms of ownership and provides for a gradual transition to market relations, the report says.
In order to deepen reforms in this area on the basis of the active introduction of effective methods of management, the formation of different structures of ownership in the management of enterprises of branches of the national economy is gradually privatized.
The steps taken in this direction contribute to an increase in the share of the non-state sector of the national economy.
The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan conducts auctions for the sale of state property.
Thus, according to official data, the next auction will be held at the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan on January 27, 2021.
