The value of machinery and equipment, vehicles, trailers, and semi-trailers produced in Azerbaijan from January through October 2021 increased, Trend reports on Nov. 16, citing the State Statistics Committee.
According to the committee, this indicator amounted to 323.4 million manat ($190.2 million), up by 25.5 million manat ($15 million) or 8.55 percent on annual basis.
In the first 10 months of this year, 581 tractors were produced in the country, which is 331 tractors or 2.3 times more than in the same period of last year.
Meanwhile, 1,862 cars were produced against 1,497 in 10M2020.
Azerbaijan's GDP increased by 71.6 billion manat ($42.1 billion) or 4.9 percent from January through October 2021 compared to the same period of last year (58.5 billion manat or $34.4 billion).
