ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, February 27. The State Concern Turkmennebit announces a tender for the procurement of pipes and metal products.
Tender applications must be submitted by 16:00 (GMT+5) on April 9, 2025.
The invoice for $575 (excluding VAT and bank charges) must be
issued on a non-refundable basis.
One sealed envelope with the full text of the tender offer
(quotation), sealed with a mastic seal, shall be delivered to the
following address following receipt of funds. The envelope should
include the electronic version of the questionnaire, the basic
terms and conditions of the contract (in Word format), and the
technical and economic specifications (in Excel format).
