EBRD sees Kazakhstan growth slowing in 2026 amid oil dependence
In the first half of 2025, Kazakhstan’s real GDP expanded by 6.2 percent year on year, driven largely by a surge in oil production at the Tengiz field, which rose 11.6 percent compared with the same period last year.
