ASTANA, Kazakhstan, September 2. The President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, met with Hua Liang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Huawei Technologies Co. LTD, where prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation in advanced technologies and digital solutions were discussed, Trend reports.
During the meeting, the president welcomed the signing of a strategic agreement on the implementation of innovative telecommunications technologies and the modernization of server infrastructure between JSC "Samruk-Kazyna" and Huawei. Under the agreements, joint projects on digital transformation and sustainable development are planned.
“A focused emphasis was placed on the organization’s pedagogical
endeavors within our nation, targeting the cultivation of
proficient local talent in domains including information
technology, artificial intelligence, and extensive data analytics,”
the statement articulated.
Huawei stands as a preeminent entity in the global landscape of
information and communication technology solutions, as well as in
the domain of advanced smart device manufacturing. The
multinational enterprise functions across an extensive network of
over 170 jurisdictions and territories, catering to a user base
exceeding 3 billion individuals.
