BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 25. Samsung smartphones and cell phones retained their popularity and leadership in Azerbaijan in May 2024, Trend reports.
According to the Global Stats statistical center, the specific weight of Samsung devices in the Azerbaijani market amounted to 28.72 percent, which is 0.01 percentage points less compared to the previous month.
However, second place with a market share of 26.24 percent (an increase of 4.1 percentage points) is occupied by mobile devices from Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi.
Furthermore, the share of Apple, the third most popular smartphone brand in Azerbaijan, decreased by 0.37 percentage points to 15.73 percent in the domestic market.
The share of Huawei devices in the Azerbaijani market amounted to 1.68 percent, which is 0.1 percentage points less compared to the previous month.
To note, the share of other mobile devices in the market amounted to 27.63 percent.
