BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 7. The most popular mobile phone brands in Azerbaijan have been revealed.
Data obtained by Trend from the Global Stats statistical center indicates that Apple retained the top spot in the country's smartphone market, with the specific weight of the devices in the Azerbaijani market amounting to 27.39 percent, which is 0.24 percentage points less compared to the previous month.
Samsung mobile devices are in second place with a market share of 23.15 percent, a decrease of 0.28 percentage points.
As the third most popular smartphone brand in Azerbaijan, Chinese Xiaomi had a 0.03 percentage point decrease to 11.17 percent of the local market value.
The ratings for other smartphones by coverage in Azerbaijan for April of this year were as follows:
Honor - 1.2 percent (0.05 percent more than in March);
Huawei – 2.72 percent (0.02 percent less than March);
Oppo – 5.91 percent (0.17 percent more than March);
Realme – 3.96 percent (0.25 percent more than March);
Infinix – 1.76 percent (0.08 percent less compared to March);
Tecno – 1.42 percent (0.49 percent less than March);
Motorola – 3.02 percent (0.02 percent less than March);
LG – 0.2 percent (0.01 percent less than March);
Google – 2.03 percent (0.36 percent more than March);
Lenovo – 0.16 percent (remained unchanged compared to March);
Sony – 0.17 percent (0.01 percent less than March)
To note, other mobile devices made up 15.74 percent of the market.
