TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, October 31. Uzbekistan aims to implement a total of 22 projects worth $5 billion on the basis of Navoiyazot Joint Stock Company in 2024-2030, Trend reports.
The news follows President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s visit to a chemical technopark under construction in the Karmaninsky district of the Navoi region.
Within the framework of the projects, it is planned to manufacture chemical products worth more than $2 billion annually, most of which will be exported.
The country also expects to complete the construction of four projects next year.
In February, Uzbekistan's Navoiyazot industrial plant announced its plans to launch production of polymeric ferric sulfate.
It is planned to manufacture the first products on the basis of the Navoiyazot production shop. The final conclusion will be issued on the results of the analysis of the finished sample.
In the future, it is planned to supply polymeric ferric sulfate to large industrial enterprises in the region.
