Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 25/ Trend , E. Ergun/ Five Iranian cyclists started race from Karaj city of Iran till Baku on occasion of Gurban, Ghadir Khum holidays and anniversary of Jesus Christ.
Iranian cyclists will cover Gazvin, Gilan, East Azerbaijan and Ardabil province on their way to Azerbaijan, Trend reported quoting Iranian TV channel.
The cyclists will race with a slogan of "protection of trees and protection of life."
There is distance of 1,000km between Baku and Karaj. The bicycle race will last ten days.
