TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, April 22. The volume of market services in Uzbekistan reached 210.8 trillion sums ($19.16 billion) in the first quarter of 2025.
Data obtained by Trend from the country's National Statistical Committee shows a notable increase of 12.6 percent, or 41.6 trillion sums ($3.78 billion), compared to the same period last year.
In January-March 2025, the volume of market services per capita amounted to 5.6 million sums ($509), which is 10.4 percent higher compared to the same period last year.
During this period, the volume of market services provided by small businesses totaled 113.9 trillion sums ($10.36 billion), accounting for 54 percent of the overall market services volume.
