BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 3. The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) has put its money where its mouth is, setting aside 600 trillion rials (almost $998 million) in a bid to steady the ship in the country’s capital market over the last fortnight, Trend reports via the CBI.
A multitude of pertinent engagements has transpired in the
recent timeframe involving the Central Bureau of Investigation
(CBI) and the Securities and Exchange Organization (SEO)
representatives.
Regular strategic alignments are slated to occur between the CBI
and SEO officials, ensuring the provision of optimal support for
the capital market ecosystem.
It is imperative to highlight that within the temporal framework of
the ongoing Iranian fiscal year (spanning from March 21, 2025, to
March 20, 2026), there is a pronounced emphasis on capital
allocation within the manufacturing domain in Iran. In alignment
with this strategic initiative, a multitude of financial entities
and banking institutions are poised to allocate capital towards
fortifying the nation's manufacturing ecosystem.
