BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 23. Azerbaijan exported over 138,710 tons of oil and oil products to Uruguay from January through July 2024, which makes up 0.94 percent of total Azerbaijani exports of raw materials, Trend reports.
According to calculations based on the data of the State Customs Service of Azerbaijan, in value terms, Azerbaijani exports of oil and oil products to Uruguay in the reporting period amounted to over $85 million.
To note, Azerbaijan exported a total of 26.047 million tons of oil and oil products in 2023, which is 0.09 percent more than the indicator of the same period last year (26.024 million tons). In value terms, oil exports exceeded $16.2 billion, which is 16.64 percent or $3.2 billion less than the figure for the same period in 2022.
