Joint session of the Kazakh parliament chambers will take place on September 2 in Kazakhstan. The relevant decree of the Chairman of Majlis (Lower Chamber) of the Parliament, Nurlan Nigmatulin was posted in Kazakhstan's official media outlet on Friday.
"In accordance to the sub-paragraph 2 of paragraph 4 of Article 58 of the Constitution of the Kazakhstan Republic, to convene a joint session of the chambers of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Republic on September 2, 2013, at 11 pm in Astana city," the document said.
