Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 16 / Trend , R.Ergun/ The Azerbaijani Karvan football club will strengthen a defense line to perform successfully in the Premier League, Shahmar Valiyev, the chairman of Executive Body of Karvan club said in his interview with official website of the Professional Football League (PFL).
Karvan will transfer new footballers to strengthen a defense line during a winter break period, Valiyev said.
Karvan team will contest for bronze medals of the Azerbaijani Premier League, the official of the club said.
At present Karvan ranks sixth with 25 points amongst 14 teams in the Premier League.
Yunis Huseynov is the chief coach of the team.
