From 16 to 23 June, 2006, the Department of Initial Investigation of Tax Crimes of the Ministry of Taxes started a criminal case. The criminal case was raised against seven juridical and one physical person in relation with the deviation from the tax payment,Trend reports with reference to the Taxes Ministry. The common cost of the unpaid tax in AZN 5 012,6 thousand.
In result of investigations, it was clear that, the physical person Isayev Tofing has deviated AZN 10,05 thousand from the tax, and juridical persons Argon-Рђ, В"Rekord-РњВ", В"Merkuri-3 companyВ", В"Ruslan-NВ" and В"Shakar DunyasiВ" limited liability companies and В"Boviz Lend Liz International limitedВ" - AZN 5 002, 6 thousand.
According to articles 213.2 and 213.4 of Crime Code, criminal cases were raised on the facts.
