Value of steel exports from Turkey to Israel has increased in the first eight months of 2021, Trend reports via Turkish Ministry of Trade.
According to the ministry, this indicator amounted to $829.9 million, up by 51.9 percent on annual basis.
In August 2021, steel exports from Turkey to Israel reached $145.3 million, which is 94.5 percent more compared to the same month in 2020.
Turkey’s total steel export value increased by 68.7 percent compared to the same period of last year - to $13.2 billion.
In August, Turkey exported $2.2 billion worth steel, which is 1.6 times more than in the same month of 2020.
Over the last 12 months (August 2020 through August 2021), Turkish steel exports amounted to $17.9 billion.
