Amelioration and Water Inventory OAO has called for tender on construction of water reservoir Tahtakerpu and adjoining power plant. Trend reports with reference to OAO that all concerned may address the workgroup on Samur-Absheron channel reconstruction project the latest June 14.
The design for reconstruction of water supply system within Samur-Absheron channel and recovery of 50km of adjoining area is completed in summer 2007.
Hanarh channel within the set of operations on reconstruction of Samur-Absheron channel is commissioned in summer 2006. The channel is 67km long. Upon the commissioning, the channel shall provide 62k ha of lands with water.
The channel Valvalchay-Tahtakerpu is completed in 2009.
