Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received Executive Advisor to Seimens CEO Rudi Lamprecht. Lamprecht focused on increasing cooperation with Turkmenistan as a prospective partner.
Lamprecht informed Berdimuhamedov about Siemens's activity in the Turkmen telecommunications, energy and construction sectors over the past 6 months.
Siemens is developing a complex long-term cooperation agreement with Turkmenistan.
"Now we have a huge interest in Turkmenistan. The interest has especially increased in Germany since Berdimuhamedov's recent visit to the country. He attended the Siemens Forum in Munich and met with business officials," Lamprecht said.
