Turkey's Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan welcomed his Bulgarian counterpart Boyko Borisov in the Turkish capital, Ankara with an official ceremony on Friday, Anadolu Agency reported.
Borisov was received by Turkish President Abdullah Gul earlier in the day.
