BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 11. More than 120 industrial facilities in Iran have been submitted to banks for loans totaling more than 14 trillion rials (about $24.3 million), an official of the Industrial Development and Renewal Organization of Iran (IDRO) Davud Ojagi said in a statement to local media, Trend reports.
According to him, these loans will be provided to industrial enterprises as investment and capital turnover.
An official from the organization said that more than 1.8 thousand industrial enterprises in the country have been identified as needing loans for development purposes over the past 3 years.
Ojagi noted that a special assessment was conducted on 200 enterprises that needed loans for development. As a result, it was decided to provide loans worth 4.3 trillion rials (approximately $7.47 million) to 30 enterprises.
To note, the Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran works to develop and support manufacturing enterprises in the country.
