BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 11. Azerbaijan and Armenia recognize the borders of the Soviet era, said, the text of the peace agreement between Baku and Yerevan, released today by the Azerbaijani MFA, Trend reports.
“Having confirmed that the borders between the Soviet socialist republics of the former USSR have become the state borders of the respective independent states and are recognized as such by the international community, the Parties recognize and will respect each other's sovereignty, territorial integrity, inviolability of international borders, and political independence,” the peace agreement states.
