The trial over a criminal case of organized group, accused of smuggling goods from Azerbaijan to Russia and in the opposite direction, was launched.
Today, the Court for Grave Crimes held a trial over a criminal case of Russian citizen, resident of Astrakhan Yunus Bedigov, residents of Khachmaz region Shirzal Fatullayev, Firuz Fatullayev and Adalat Dadashov. The prosecutor read the indictment.
The above-mentioned people pleaded themselves not guilty.
The accused are charged under articles 206.3.2 (smuggling on preliminary arrangement by group of people), 228.2.1 (illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation and carrying of fire-arms, accessories to it, supplies, explosiveson preliminary arrangement by group of people) of the criminal code.
