Azerbaijan shares details on consumer VAT refund volume for 9M2025
From January through September 2025, Azerbaijan refunded over 140 million manat ($82.5 million) to consumers through its VAT Refund program. Foreign visitors received 7.9 million manat ($4.7 million) in VAT refunds for personal purchases.
