Atena LLC, an Azerbaijani dairy producer, is preparing to produce two new types of cheese products, Orkhan Aliyev, the company manager, told Trend.
These are well-known brands of cheeses - Mozzarella and Gouda, Aliyev said.
“We are working on introducing these products,” the company manager noted. “The latest foreign technologies are used in this process, and we plan to bring new products to the domestic market by the end of 2019. According to our estimates, the products will appear in Azerbaijan’s stores in December this year.”
These products are intended for sale in the domestic market as well as for export, Aliyev added.
“The products will be delivered to Russia and Kazakhstan,” the manager said. “The company produces 50 tons of raw milk daily, but by the end of this year there are plans to increase this figure to 55-60 tons.”
Production premises of Atena are located in Agjabadi district of Azerbaijan. The company has its own farm and land plot.
