President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree dismissing the head of executive power of Geranboy district of Azerbaijan Elshan Garayev.
Upon another presidential decree, Nizamaddin Guliyev was appointed the head of Geranboy executive power, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
