In December 2008 the most expensive land plot was offered in the amount of $360,000 per 100 part on the market in Narimanov region of Baku, the cheapest one in the amount of $450 per 100 part in Sabunchi region, "Property Market Participants" public society said on Jan. 21.
"Slight increase of prices on land market was observed in Narimanov region (0.1%), the lowest price cutting was in Khatai region (4.1%)," the organization said.
Average prices on Azerbaijani land market reduced 4.1% in December - from $24,840 per 100 part to $23,820.
About 800 hectares of land was offered to the land market in December, of which 77.3% fell on empty plots, the rest on uninhabited and old inhabited plots.
Last month the term of exposition of land plots exceeded 3% - to 199 days resulted by the impact of world financial crisis on the market.
