BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 16. Iranian Bouali Sina petrochemical company earned export earnings worth $300 million during the last Iranian year alone (from March 21, 2023, through March 19, 2024), the Executive director of Iran's Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company Mohammad Ahmadzadeh said, Trend reports.
However, according to him, the entire capital value of the company is $800-900 million. Last year, the company's revenue totaled 530 trillion rials (about $1.22 billion).
Ahmedzadeh stated that the company's products are mainly exported to neighboring countries by land.
The official noted that the company's revenue for the fifth month of the current Iranian year (from March 20 through August 21, 2024) amounted to 270 trillion rials (about $622 million).
He emphasized that the company's production capacity is 1.7 million tons per year. The company's output has been at its maximum level in recent years. It is planned to increase production by 20 percent in the current year (from March 20, 2024, through 20 March 2025).
To note, Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company in Khuzestan province of southwestern Iran can produce 180,000 tons of benzene, 40,000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), 350,000 tons of light naphtha, 499,000 tons of heavy naphtha, 700,000 tons of white oil, solvents, reformate, etc. per year.
