The Queen of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Her Majesty Elizabeth II has sent a congratulatory letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Republic Day on May 28.
"It gives me great pleasure to send Your Excellency my congratulations on the celebration of your National Day, together with my best wishes for the happiness and prosperity of the Government and people of Azerbaijan in the coming year," the letter reads.
