ASTANA, Kazakhstan, March 11. We are interested in further strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation with ADNOC and invite your company to invest in new projects in Kazakhstan's oil and gas sector, said Askhat Khassenov, Chairman of the Board of KazMunayGas, during a meeting with Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, CEO of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Trend reports.
Over the course of the meeting, parties discussed issues of mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of geological exploration. Khassenov stated that KazMunayGas successfully completed its roadshow and attracted investors (both domestic and international) to its geological exploration projects.
Khassenov also highlighted that, to date, KazMunayGas has prepared three new promising projects within the framework of the continued geological survey program, which will include seismic exploration work.
Additionally, the interlocutors noted the significant potential for cooperation in the oil and gas chemical industry, given ADNOC's global leadership. They also discussed cooperation in energy transition and information technology.
"I am confident that the partnership between KazMunayGas and the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company will not only significantly increase the efficiency of project implementation but also contribute to the further strengthening of strategic cooperation between Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates," underlined Khassenov.
