ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, July 22. The Turkmenistan branch of PJSC Tatneft has announced tender No. 2025/24 for the diagnostics, routine, and overhaul of industrial Caterpillar engines (models C27 and 3406), Trend reports.
The tender will be conducted in Turkmenistan manats, and is open to qualified companies meeting the requirements set by the branch. Interested participants must submit a written application on official letterhead addressed to the branch director, signed and sealed by an authorized representative. The application must include the full name, legal status, country of registration, and banking details of the company. Bids from entities registered or operating in offshore zones will not be considered.
A technical specification will be sent to the address provided in the application. Tender offers (envelopes "A" and "B") must be submitted no later than 18:00 on August 4, 2025. Offers received after the deadline will not be accepted.
