ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, August 18. The Turkmen branch of PJSC Tatneft announced an open tender for the provision of technical gases in cylinders for the branch named after V.D. Shashin in Turkmenistan, Trend reports.
Interested companies are invited to submit a written application on their official letterhead addressed to the branch director, signed by an authorized representative and sealed, indicating the full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration, and other relevant details. Applications from companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted.
After submission, applicants will receive the technical specifications for the supply of gases. Tender proposals must be submitted in two envelopes, “A” and “B,” in duplicate, before 18:00 on August 29, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
