ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, August 22. The Turkmenistan branch of PJSC Tatneft has announced tender No. 2025/31 in Russian rubles and Turkmen manats for the supply of chemical reagents used in the preparation of drilling fluids, Trend reports.
Companies wishing to participate are invited to submit a written application on official letterhead addressed to the branch director, signed by an authorized person and sealed. The application should include the full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration, and company details. Applications from companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted.
After receiving the application, the technical assignment (specification) will be sent to the participant. Tender offers must be submitted in two envelopes (“A” and “B”) before September 4, 18:00 local time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
